Terms of service

These terms apply to Orbifetch software, including the Store Inspector Chrome extension and paid Pro plans. By installing or buying, you agree to them.

The service

Store Inspector analyzes publicly available information from websites you visit. Results such as best-seller rankings, detected apps and prices depend on what each store publishes and can be incomplete or change at any time. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties.

Acceptable use

Use the software for lawful research. Respect the terms of the websites you analyze and applicable laws, including intellectual-property and data-protection laws. Don’t use it to copy other stores’ content or trademarks.

Pro subscriptions

Pro is sold through Polar (polar.sh), which acts as merchant of record and handles payment, taxes and invoices. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the link in your receipt, and access continues until the end of the paid period. If Pro doesn’t work for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Orbifetch is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
